Cumberland Toyota was an answer to prayer for our family of 7. We were on a family vacation coming back from TN heading home to MO. Our van started having issues. We pulled in and Brandon got us in on a Saturday afternoon. The staff were very understanding and accommodating, even when the youngest two were getting impatient. They were so gracious! We would definitely recommend!

This dealership is great! We worked with Jennifer and she went above and beyond for us! We were in the market to purchase a new RAV4 and were in the process of moving to Cookeville from Illinois. She was very patient and worked with us once we got settled here in Cookeville. We narrowed down what we wanted and ended up up ordering one. Jennifer texted us to let us know that they had one that had just come in with very similar features and the exterior (Ruby Red Flare) and interior Harvest Beige) that we wanted. She got us set up for a test drive and within a couple of hours we were driving away in our new RAV4! Jennifer was very friendly and knowledgeable and made this a very smooth purchase for us. Excellent service

The service department employees are always pleasant and professional. Buster helped me today and saw that my needs were taken care of in a very efficient and speedy manner. He was very polite and professional, and kept me informed along the way. I gave a four star rating not because of the employees, but Because at one time this dealership gave service incentives for loyal, repeat customers. I have purchased three out of my last four vehicles from this Dealership, And the reason I purchased my last vehicle, some other place was because of the lack of Loyal repeat Customer and send it, which is to include good sales deals. I got my last vehicle at another dealership for $4-7000.00 less than what I could have purchased the same vehicle at this dealership! Please don’t second guess me. I’m 72, used to sell cars and am very good at negotiating, whether it’s a new or used vehicle. My point is that I purchased my last vehicle at another dealership because I wasn’t able to get the cooperation that I should have been considered for at Cumberland; my having been a long time repeat loyal customer. Likewise, I have been getting my vehicles serviced other places due to receiving better deals for the same quality of work. Cumberland! Your most valuable resource is your customers and your employees, so please reconsider your business practices as the principle of give and shall be given has been applied by many great and successful business people for centuries. Like the old saying goes, if it’s not broke don’t fix it. Sincerely!
