Got several letter that said there was a recall on the passenger side air bag. I called the number on the letter, the nice lady that answered made me an appointment at Cumberland Toyota in Cookeville Tn. They sent me reminder message of the appointment. I took my 2006 Toyota corolla in on the date scheduled. The service department was very prompt getting taken care of. Took about & hour & half, got a call that my car was done. Got my paperwork & was on my way. Thank you Cumberland Toyota.

The gentleman I spoke with, sadly I don't remember his name, was very polite and the alignment was done in record time. They even took the vehicle in even though I was nearly an hour early. Side note: my vehicle isn't even a Toyota and still I had no issues. They accept Ford as well thankfully. I certainly recommend them for your vehicle's service needs.

Amazing, no hassle experience. I’ll recommend them to anyone. I’ve never said that about a car dealership in my life. I shopped dealerships from Cookeville through Nashville online. They tied for the best price for my Tacoma and were the most human in my interactions. Going in, it was a great experience. No surprise fees, kept my trade in price the same as was quoted after inspection. Exactly what I negotiated. No “let me talk to my manager” nonsense. Just offering extra warranty stuff and not pushing it. Also great because it was friendly human interaction. Felt “local.” I want to call out that Vanessa Neal was both a pro and great to talk to throughout. Helped my wife and I get wireless CarPlay working, which is not entirely intuitive. I was kind of a pain because I didn’t have the title for my trade in. I didn’t realize until the morning I went in. Honda never released it after I paid off the loan, and they let me go through the process with Honda and the clerk’s office with no issue. The timing was slowed by a business trip and horrible icy weather, and they never nagged me. I’ve financed, leased, and purchased more than 10 new and used cars in my life between my wife and I. This was the most kind and hassle free experience ever.

Cumberland Toyota is a great vehicle dealer - the sales people (Cody and Josh) are friendly, helpful, and very professional. The reason I did not give five stars is not due to this dealership, but due to an issue with Toyota as a whole. The dealerships are not able to obtain the vehicle inventory they need. We were not able to see and drive the vehicles we were interested in all at one visit, and we were forced to return multiple times to see those vehicles.
