Had the best experience with Cumberland Toyota. Got a car that I love and it was so easy! We were there maybe 2 to 3hrs. From the time we pulled in there lot. Test drove a couple,talked over the price.Got all the papers signed. I cant remember the finance guys name but very friendly. He came over to us showed us our options with extra warranty info without being pushy at all. They did a quick detail on it and filled it up with gas.Also Cody explaining EVERYTHING about the car and set everything up for me was so stress free. In the passed 5yrs this is our 3rd purchase two vehicles from another dealership and it took ALL DAY. From the sale person going back and forth with some hidden guy then moved to another room to do financial papers that takes even longer.We thought that's just how it worked but this was not our experience here. I was so stressed about even pulling in the lot I wish I would have known that it does not have to be so complicated. Thank you for making this a great experience 💜

In the process of moving from california to maryland car broke down in lebanon, Tennessee was able to get to cookville. The staff was very helpful and friendly and got me in right away in an emergency. They found the problem rather quickly and were able to get me on my way. It was a trip down memory lane because I went to tennessee tech university for my college. I will always recommend cookville tennessee.

Two for two. I’ve had my 2016 Tundra serviced at Cumberland Toyota twice since arriving in middle TN about 9 months ago. The folks in the service dept are very kind very prompt. I barely sat down in the lounge when the service writer came around the corner to get me because they were all done. And the best part, they didn’t try to upsell me anything. Great job Cumberland Toyota!!!

What an awesome vehicle purchasing experience!! These poor folks had to deal with me for two weeks!! Initially just browsing, then test driving, then changing my mind and then more test driving. Pitting their deal with other dealerships and other brands. I nitpicked every detail and everyone I dealt with was beyond professional and happy to help. There was never any pressure! In the end, they got the sale, I got a killer deal and I’m a Toyota owner once again!! Fred, Austin, and Brandon were all involved and I was treated with respect the entire time. Should there be a need, I would buy from them again in a heartbeat!
