Fred is amazing!!! He ordered what I wanted and kept me informed about when it would arrive. He never tried to talk me into anything other than what I walked in asking for!!! Two for two. I’ve had my 2016 Tundra serviced at Cumberland Toyota twice since arriving in middle TN about 9 months ago. The folks in the service dept are very kind very prompt. I barely sat down in the lounge when the service writer came around the corner to get me because they were all done. And the best part, they didn’t try to upsell me anything. Great job Cumberland Toyota!!!

The service was excellent. The service representative was friendly and professional and got my car in and had it ready the same day. He explained the problem and how they had corrected it. Definitely will be back.

I needed to replace a 2024 vehicle that had been totaled in an accident and knew exactly what I wanted. The vehicle was not on the lot, but scheduled to be received soon. Joshua and Cody were very easy to work with. Most of our communication was via phone or text as I do not live in Cookeville and they were very responsive. I actually did not meet them in person until I picked up the new vehicle.

What an awesome vehicle purchasing experience!! These poor folks had to deal with me for two weeks!! Initially just browsing, then test driving, then changing my mind and then more test driving. Pitting their deal with other dealerships and other brands. I nitpicked every detail and everyone I dealt with was beyond professional and happy to help. There was never any pressure! In the end, they got the sale, I got a killer deal and I’m a Toyota owner once again!! Fred, Austin, and Brandon were all involved and I was treated with respect the entire time. Should there be a need, I would buy from them again in a heartbeat!

All the people were very nice and did everything to help. I felt cared for This was my first visit to Cumberland Toyota. I went on a holiday late in the day to order a part. The part department young man, I didn’t get his name, ordered what I needed did not seem to be in a hurry. When the part came in James called very nice, I talked with Maria about the appointment time. Maria was wonderful, I felt like I mattered. The part was ordered on Monday, a holiday, installed on Thursday, all the same week. I am very happy and highly recommend the parts and service team.
