“ Thanks to Cumberland Toyota's Service Department for their quick response in servicing my car! I had it towed to the dealership due to having purchased an extended warranty. I had purchased the car used at a lot in another county so, quite frankly, didn't expect my car to be a priority, especially on a Monday after the holidays. However, it was towed in midday, they started on it late afternoon and called me before 8 pm to let me know it was finished. It was a fairly minor fix but they called me at each step, getting my approval before performing the work. They were friendly, responsive and honest! ”
