“ Amazing, no hassle experience. I’ll recommend them to anyone. I’ve never said that about a car dealership in my life. I shopped dealerships from Cookeville through Nashville online. They tied for the best price for my Tacoma and were the most human in my interactions. Going in, it was a great experience. No surprise fees, kept my trade in price the same as was quoted after inspection. Exactly what I negotiated. No “let me talk to my manager” nonsense. Just offering extra warranty stuff and not pushing it. Also great because it was friendly human interaction. Felt “local.” I want to call out that Vanessa Neal was both a pro and great to talk to throughout. Helped my wife and I get wireless CarPlay working, which is not entirely intuitive. I was kind of a pain because I didn’t have the title for my trade in. I didn’t realize until the morning I went in. Honda never released it after I paid off the loan, and they let me go through the process with Honda and the clerk’s office with no issue.
